Explore LAMMPS trajectories with Virtual NanoLab

Posted on November 6, 2014 at 1:30pm 0 Comments

Virtual NanoLab 2014 works as an interface for a variety of simulation codes (ATK, VASP, QuantumEspresso, LAMMPS, GPAW, FHI-aims...). Now there is a tutorial to get you started using Virtual NanoLab for LAMMPS. It is possible to import classical MD trajectories generated by LAMMPS, and use the Movie Tool, the 3D Viewer, or the MD Analyzer to take a closer look at your…

Use Virtual NanoLab as interface for VASP calculations - watch video and learn how.

I am an Instrumentation Engineer and recently very much interested with graphene to use it in designing electrochemical gas sensor. Can U pls suggest me any suitable simulation software having sufficient tools and library in this regard? Actually, I never worked with any nanomaterials; but, I hv started reading journal papers for my interest.

Welcome - about us

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.

There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Nanopaprika is always looking for new partners, if you have any idea, contact me at editor@nanopaprika.eu
