dear prof/reseracher, Its prashant kumar, submitting my ph.d thesis on non-lithographic techniques of surface nanostructuring in december 2008 at university of hyderabad. I have experience of thin film coating, synthesis of nanowires, nanodots and characterization by AFM, SEM, VSM, PL spectra, MR measurements, surface plasmons etc and I seek post-doctoral post and for that I require your help, plz. convey to me if you find anything interesting. or else plz. advise how to get into the groove.I can work towards materials science, engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical applications of nanoparticles, memory application of nanodots etc or any industrial applications of nanoparticles, nanodots or nanowires.
Prof. Oleg L. Figovsky is the founder, Director R&D of International Nanotechnology Research Centre “Polymate” where he is carrying now many research works in nanostructured composite materials and coatings based on polymer and silicate matrix. In 1982 he elaborated the first nanostructured anticorrosion composite materials based LG-matrix where nanoparticles are forming during technological process by hydrolysis of TFS. Last his elaborations are nanostructured nonisocyanate polyurethanes, nanocellulose and composites receiving by SDP method. Prof. Figovsky is Director R&D of Germany company “EFM GmbH” (Berlin) that are producing many nanocomposite materials based mainly on nonisocyanate polyurethane and liquid polybutadiene matrix. He is also the President of IAI (Israel), member of European Academy of Sciences, Foreign Members of two Russian Academies of Sciences (REA & RAASN), the chairman of the UNESCO chair “Green Chemistry”. For few of his inventions in nanotechnologies he received gold and silver medals at the IENA-98 (Nurnberg, Germany). From 1999 he is the editor-in-chief of the journal “Scientific Israel – Technological Advantages” and from 2004 – the editor of the international journal “Alternative Energy & Ecology”. In 2006 he received the Gold Angel Prize at the “Genious-2006” exhibition and in 2007 NASA Nanotech Briefs®’ Nano 50™ Award, Prof. Figovsky is also the chief scientist of American marketing and investment company VYSO, Inc. and keynote lecturer for National Investment Banking Association (see at: http://www.nibanet.org/Figovsky-slideshow.html ). Prof. Figovsky is the honorary professor of Voronezh SAS University (25.09.07).
Prof. Oleg L. Figovsky has many patents and has published and lectured extensively. His CV (http://figovsky.borfig.com/cv.asp), BIO (http://figovsky.borfig.com/info/ibc.asp) and the list of last his publications (http://figovsky.borfig.com/list.asp) are available.
Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.
There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!
The invertion of 10G optical transceiver has greatly increase the networking speed, for the science behind the transceiver, please check website and learn about CWDM SFP transceiver, www.fiberoptictransceiver.net
The XFP (10 Gigabit Small Form Factor Pluggable) is a standard for transceivers for high-speed computer network and telecommunication links that use optical fiber.please visit www.xfptransceiver.com for more info
