There are some openings for doing Ph D in Material Engineering with CONACYT fellowship in Facultad de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica, Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, Mexico. 

Areas include thin film solar cells, Perovskites, optoelectronic materials, nanomaterials by pulsed laser ablation in liquid and photocatalysis 

Integrated M. Sc/M.Tech degrees are not eligible. Sorry.
