Rheometer ARES can measure viscosity of liquids and rheological parameters of materials like gels, pastes, soft elastomers and polymer melts.
This device can work in CS modes:
-steady shear rate measurements of viscosity
-dynamic (oscillatory) with frequency sweep or strain amplitude sweep, that serve rheological paramethers.
Additional equipment:
-sets of sample grips type plate, cone, bended beam
-air or N2 driven furnance up to 400 OC
-Peltier set for temperatures -30 OC up to room temp.
-set for magnethoreological materials characterization in magnetic field and controlled temperature in range 25 -80 OC
