What information can you get from transmission electron microscopy measurements ?

Dear friends,

Instead of pasting any Wiki link here, my aim was to get to the people who need TEM measurements.

What information do you think can be revealed from TEM measurements and how precise are they.

How time consuming are these measurements ?

What about sample preparation ? Do you know the requirements of TEM sample preparation ?

If you think of getting to know the whole information in 2 weeks, it is nearly quiet fast...
