Recently I have published my work on SEA detection on GOLD in  Journal of Organometallic Chemistry, 696( 2011), 1102-1107

 and found the limit of detection  for SEA in liquid medium is  to be near about 300 ng. I am not sure about the reversibility of your system. Could you please mention about the limit of detectionof SEA  in liquid medium.
