I am K L N Acharya have completed my M.Tech Nanoelectronics from SASTRA University,Thanjavur,Tamilnadu. I have done Lattice dynamics of nanostructured CdO as my Master's project using classical model (Born-von-Karman model) and Density functional theory. I have done my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, The field of Density functional theory has been of great interest for me.I am interested in learning more about the electronic structure calculations and applying them for better understanding of materials in Electronic Devices and effects of size and shape at nano scale on performance of the devices. So please let me know if there is any PhD position available. I am also attaching my CV for consideration.
