Scanning Probe Microscopy week:

Welcome

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.

There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Dr. András Paszternák, founder of Nanopaprika

Hi,
I am interested in Nanoparticles Nature Factory.
Diana Raie
Hi Diana,
there is some knowledge around about nanoparticle fabrication byu organisms. There are some papers descirbing the synthesis of Cd quantum dots on theoutside of plants, and there are a few reports on the synthesis of gold nanoparticles by fungi as a starting point, and I do belief that there are more organisms capable of doing this.
Best regards,
Peter
