Solvent for Titanium nanoparticle Dissolve or disperse to Ink form

Greeting

I want to prepare Titanium nanoparticle ink(Solution form) from Titanium Nanoparticle so i have planned to use Ethanol or toluene as solvent with Triton X-100 (C14H22O (C2H4O)n) as surfactant for preparation of Ti ink
can you tell above solvent is suitable or i want to use any other solvent(kindly specify the solvent and surfactant)

as a surfactant CTAB is very good as the stability of the nanoparticles were found to be increased with its use
