You should read first "Nanomaterials" & Related Application like "Nanofilters" then try to coordinate them.

Technology, which deals at atomic level/size.

It is safe, but safety desired at more extent.

It works in probably all applications, but it depends on end user that how he/she want to relate in his/her interest & work (Like it can be used in medicine, coolant,  paint, cleaner, coating agent & many more.....).
