I want a protocol to fabricate and design a nano & microcontact printing of Protein and DNA based Biosensor for cancer detection which can detect cancerbiomarker, in Chief and affordable cost, without much time it will be very quick diagnostic approach, like glucometer technique, the principle of which diagnose only diabetes, with small blood.
But this multiple array nanoimprinting technique has the potential of detecting cancer and sugar with enzyme based,Protein based, DNA based biosensor, with Just nanogram/microgram qty of blood.It can well be used with elctrochemical PH sensor, so the multiple parameters like PH,mutation of protein and DNA after bioconjugation, with nanoparticle at last viewed with Fluorescnce microscope.
Thus Gene - Chip platform will be fabricated and Developed for cancer detection.
I want to design a Lab, please suggest me the requirment and cost of designing.
