When in the early 20-th century the understanding of the foundations of classical science begins to waver (Uncertainty Principle 1927), science and art together modified the previous deterministic logic including the change in the aesthetic perspective, in order to expand the opportunities for knowledge and communication of the microscopic world in a probabilistic sense.
Since the 80s of the twentieth century, the UTRA-microscopes have allowed us to observe the world of sub-microscopic nano-and bio-size, this observation has introduced the need to understand the properties of the material changes that occur in the nano- dimensionality, because they were not easily predictable based on previous knowledge.
The group QUANTUM ART & SCIENCE coodinates artists and scientists of trans-national level, began to perceive the need and opportunity to share a new logicalinterpretation of science and to express creatively in 'visual art and other artistic performances, the new dimension of knowledge , more consistent with the complexity of the development needs of modern innovation, which now hasreference to the nanometer scale in both the development of nano-technologies of life sciences.
In practice, the development of new knowledge impacts on the actua business lprocesses and procedures for social and economic development, which have consequently requires a certification of the quality of strategic innovation and its potential and prospects for a long term sustainability .
Thus the"'Open Group' QAGI " is oriented to promote disruptive innovation, (coordinated by the 'artist Roberto Denti), and operationally prepares its members to create a wide area of of certification based on the criteria of the emerging era of entanglement, for cultural enterprises and / or production factories looking forward to overcome the contemporary economical crisis.
The members of the Open Group "QAGI" born to innovate the innovation will act in the field of trans-disciplinary vision ("Boundaryless-")of development focused on a simultaneity of sharing an effective "entanglement" between art and science.
