Applications of nanosensors

A publication describes nanosensors (conductive or semiconductive particles) dispersed in an polymer may provide information (pressure, temperature, humidity, ph etc) in downhole oilfield operations. My inquiry is how nanosensors work to gather data ?

  • Respected sir,
I am working on gas sensors. I have prepared samples and characterized like TGA, XRD, TEM ,BET etc., Now i would like to measure the gas sensing response of my samples. Can i do the work in your lab. You will be co author in our paper...
  • A sensor is a device which has some property ( electrical resistance, conductivity, magnetic etc) change with respect to the ambient conditions of temperature, pressure, humidity etc. This change in the device has to be monitored by an monitoring system. On their own the sensors cannot gather data
