I am doing my research in nano semicondutors. Can anyone say about autoclave apparatus which i have planned to synthesis my material.

i am goint to give paper presentation about nano semiconductors
so i need matter about nanosemiconductors....
hey friend..
i would recommend you not to use the autoclave methodto synthesise any sort of nanoparticle whether zno or any other....actually in this method what happens is that the particles get sticked to each other and hence the size increases due to pressure.....it would be good to use the chemical route as it is simple and results are quite good...
