Can anyone help me in giving information on any modern
electronic and nanotechnology related device or idea?

thts a gr8 question....
even i am in search of such a device...
but i can say all the processor which we are currently using can be said as nanoelectronic goods
because they are being made based on 45nm technology...and intel is planning to launch a processor in the near future which is based on 32nm technology
