Event Description

No State has been more active than California in evaluating the need to regulate nanoscale products. With one data call-in for carbon nanotubes under its belt, what have we learned from the California initiative? What materials are in line for review? What are the benefits to participating in the DTSC process or other voluntary initiatives? What are the legislators and regulatory officials planning in other states? Most stakeholders would prefer to avoid a patchwork quilt of regulations but the proposed legislative changes to TSCA won't change the status quo. This webinar will discuss the initiatives across the U.S. and it will give participants a better understanding of their impact.
